Multiple hour soaks are not bad. HOw deep was the water and how cold was it? If its the base of the shell height then you should be okay. The water temp is the biggie too cold then they need warmed up. Just watch for bubbles in the nose, but otherwise you got lucky. Now, what are you gonig to do to prevent this?

Water was below the base of the shell height and they were in their enclosure, so water was cold ish but enclosure was in the high 70's. They are all basking now, and eating as well. Silly accident with a sick kid and my b-day today we lost track of things in the evening, we typically soak them earlier during the day and I do a check on them before lights go out, so shouldn't happen again.

I use Alexa to set a timer-about the only thing she is good at! This helps to prevent forgetting when LIFE happens. Good luck and don't forget photos! Torting ain't easy!
