Help Identifying this little one...

Hi Guys

My friend just got this turtle here in China.
The guy told him (in Chinese) it was a Helmet turtle (direct translation from Chinese to English)

I don't have much experience with muddies but I think it may be an Eastern Mud Turtle ???



What do you guys think ?

Appears to be an Eastern mud turtle. But at that size many of the Mexican mud turtles look just like that too.

Yeah I doubt it will be a rare one it cost him around ¥80 = about $12 give or take ...
