HELP! (Hatchling eyes swollen shut)

I have a Russian Tortoise Hatchling and today I have noticed that his eyes are swollen shut and he is barely moving! He was acting normal yesterday and today when I got home from work is when I noticed this behavior.. I will post a few pictures and a link to another one of my posts with all the information about his enclosure

Hello, how are your night temps ? Do you run a che at night ?
Your baby looks sick. Have you seen bubbles coming out of the nose or a strange noise while breathing ?

What lights are you using? Sometimes compact uvb bulbs can cause damage to eyes. Also, having read your other post, have you improved the diet yet?

Could also be due to where you got him. Some problems can take a while to show up, and especially as babies can creep up quickly and be very dangerous. Answer the previous questions and we can help you a bit better.
