better pictures would help us understand the issue better. is the coir packed in there or is it just loose? if its loose it should be ok. i would give him a good long soak.

Hard to tell, but my first impression is that his beak is slightly deformed.

Burrowing is good but substrate whist good for most tortoise is not working for you could be age and it is finding it tasty. First mouth needs empty so suggest a 2 x bowls with warm shallow water and put it in for 30 / 40 mins to give it an opportunity to moisten mouth and spit out the coir. Move to a clean bowl with shallow warm water when water dirty. Monitor from a distance so it us are not scared and just relaxes. Water only up to edge of shell top of legs head and nose has to be above. I would consider changing subtrate to orchid bark fine and remove your coir. I could not get on with coir but never looked back since getting orchid bark reduces mess in the food and water etc... hope this helps?

Thank you, his eyes are open but he has sunken into his shell and is making weird turning movements

Try a soak to see what happens. Check warmth and light is provided.

Give both of these a good read and make sure you are following them the best you can.

I don’t know if he is going to make it. He is not moving his head his eyes are not opening and closing, he is retracting his legs in though so I know he is alive but he does still have coco coir stuck in the back of his throat, his eyes are big like he is healthy but I just do not know.

Can you use a toothpick or a small pair of tweezers to gently pull the coir out of its mouth?
