I was searching for better heat bulbs and found these two, which is better?

First one's name: "Universal E27 Reptile Halogen Heat Lamp Light Basking Full Spectrum UVA UVB Bulb 100W"

These are two different bulbs for two different purposes. The first one is for heat, light and UV. These work, but I prefer to use lower wattage regular flood bulbs and a HO florescent tube for indoor UV, if needed.

The second one is just for heat. These are used to maintain warmer ambient temps and they work best when you run them through a thermostat.

Halogen bulbs produce very little to no UV(B). Halogen bulbs also run much hotter and more intense than regular incandescent flood bulbs.

None of these two products will provide a tortoise UV(B).
