Looks too young to tell...but post some photos of the top of the shell so we can see how pretty he/she is.

I thought because of the way the anal scutes flare outwards that it was male. Is that characteristic different in radiated tortoises?

It is difficult to tell what gender radiateds are until they get around 10-11" unless you get it endoscoped or a male reveals itself when soaked in lukewarm water.

Norm .... is right ... and emmy yes, that is a good sign in alot of torts but radi's are one of the hardest to actually visually tell untill there is some size to them .....conclusion: that tort in the pic is too young to tell for sure.... but thinking its a Male ~
and yes lets see some pics ~

I see, he/she's 4years+. Approx 4.7 inches nearing 5. Weighing in at 436g.

Very nice animal. Are you located in Asia?

I have a 18 month old tortoise about the same size.
My 3-4 year olds are about 7-8 inches and over 1000g.

When they are inside they have tortoise tables.I feed a mix of dandilions,collards,yellow squash,endive,escroll,bokchoy,nappa cabbage,hibiscus,mulberry and catus pads anything dark green,I have pix of the pens they are in when they are outside if you email me I will send them Barb

Too young to call for sure, very nice looking radiated torotise.

Ok so I guess it's still too young for us to confirm it's gender.
