Sprinkle a little bit on his food twice a week and get him a little bit of actual sun weekly or get new uvb bulb if your bulb is old. Bulbs lose their effectiveness after a while even though they still light up. No coil bulbs. I can't imagine what your house feels like if it's humidity is 80%. Like it's almost raining...make sure you have an accurate DIGITAL thermometer/hygrometer. So many folks are relying on those stupid stick-on button analog things. Not good.
