I went to the local pet store today to look around today. I came across a new product that I haven't seen before in the reptile area. It is called Salad Style.

Here is the link.....

It looked like hay in a clear bag. But I hear of different kinds of food from pet stores that aren't good for a tortoise.

Also check out the accessories. They do have a tunnel made out of timothy hay. I think that is a great idea!!!

What does everyone think???

I prefer the Salad-Style Hay from www.carolinapetsupply.com/ because it seems fresher and cleaner. Its great for sprinkling over the top of the baby's wet greens. Babies usually won't eat hay, but don't seem to have a problem with the Salad-Style hay when sprinkled over the wet greens.

That's awesome you have a pet store that at least carries some cool stuff. I wasn't able to get any of my supplies locally due to price and selection.

I have been using that salad style for over 3 years now for my smaller Sulcatas. Once they get bigger, I get the regular bails of the orchard grass for them.
