bing turned 2 this month. i had a birthday this month too, but you'd have to add 43 years to his age. lol he's not in as good of shape shell-wise as my sulcata. i've fought with that ever since i got him. have kept the closed chamber humid, etc., but he's just pyramided regardless. he's definitely a he too. he let that be known when he was just one year old. he's also hard to keep fed. he totally destroys his feed bowl after just a few bites. he drags dirt in it and then refuses to eat the dirty feed. if it wasn't for that, i think he'd grow a lot faster. he likes his water bowl a lot, but does the same thing and turns it into mud every time. he has certainly not been an easy keeper, but he's so pretty that it always makes up for the headaches. getting ready to move him to a much larger enclosure and so i'm hoping that alleviates some of the issues.
