I purchased a Russian tortoise hatchling from Bill. He was very accessible and made himself available to answer any questions. The transaction went very smoothly and the hatchling is very healthy and eating well. Highly recommend and I will go to Bill first in the future if I am interested in getting a Hermann's, Greek, Marginated or Russian hatchling.
