If she is from Vicki, check her from the rear view. I think the extra scute is at the back. I believe they are called coastal scutes - around the edge of the shell.

Vicki is great and your turtle is beautiful.

I ordered her from the turtle source. I ordered a high colored red foot with an extra scute, but Morla doesn't have an extra scute. It's ok though because I already love her and wouldn't trade her for another. Funny thing though is she will only eat if she's sitting on the couch next to me and my husband, lol
