Got a hatchling redfoot -- I think the breeder marked him.

So I got a super cute hatchling today but when I turned it around I noticed there was a blue circle on his plastron -- to me it definitely looks like the breeder marked him since I picked my redfoot from a group months in advance. How do I get this off? I would normally do rubbing alcohol but I'm not sure of its effects on a redfoot.

It will wear off naturally.

I would. You can rub it with a soft cloth to help it wear away, but its not hurting anything being there.

Yeah it will wear off or you can try an scrub it. My mt tortoises had dots so Vic the breeder would know what blood lines were which. He probably marked yours cuz you picked it. Nice breeder.
