Not read the books, but I read an article on the differences between the books and the TV after I watch each episode.
It's diverging more and more.

Do you plan on reading the books?

If I can get hold of the first one here, or somewhere I visit, then I'll give it a go, for sure.

Adam.
I would be happy to find and send you any book, etc. That you cannot find there in the land that time forgot..
That's enormously kind of you, Ed.
I will PM you immediately with my list of about 6,000 titles, better not do it here as it would rather hijack the thread.
Bertha? Oh, I'll go to the other thread.

No, thank you.
I think e-books and Kindle and all that are super ideas, but not for me.
I love the feel and smell of paper and hundreds of books lining the walls.
e-books don't produce the right atmosphere for me.

I felt the same way for a long while, but once I started getting super backed up on my reading it just made things easier. I have a bad habit of buying books that seem interesting and adding them my ever growing 'to read' list. At least this way I can avoid clutter. Textbooks and references are an entirely different matter though - I think being able to flip through/to a particular section will never be as easy with an ebook as with the real thing.

I just love that library feel.
It doesn't even matter if the book isn't good or I haven't read it, I just love being surrounded by books.
