Is she star gazing (staring at the wall or nothing with her head up)at all? Sometimes a good soak or increasing the humidity helps them shed quicker.

I would up the humidity and give her more things to rub against.
What is her diet like? How big is she? Whats her setup like?

Okay, I asked my friend and got this reply:
" she is in a stage called "in the blue". The eyes cloud over, as well as the skin, she probably looks more pale than usual. This will clear up in a few days, and then a few days later, she will shed her skin. The eye cloudiness is because snakes shed there eye caps (because they do not have eye lids). It's all one scale to a snake, that peels off so the scales can grow as the snake grows."
