Fire Ants!

Rex’s night box is 4ft x 8 ft and pretty heavy, ants have moved in under the night box.
Is there any way to kill the ant colony without moving the night box?

I lined the inside of the night box with cinnamon, and it seems to be keeping them out, but I would like them gone before it starts getting cold, so they won’t try to move in.
I’m looking for something to slip under the box without totally disturbing the nest, any suggestions?

Get a fulcrum and pry bar and lift one end of the night box with the bar while someone else sprays ant killer under the box. Do the same thing again at the other end. They make ant killer sprays now that are only insect targeted and are not harmful to other pets.
