This is the first time Io, my eastern box turtle, has laid eggs with me. Should I incubate these eggs? I took them out very carefully, making sure not to turn them. I’m gonna rebury them for now.

I don't know about the viability of the eggs, but I see perlite in the soil you've used. Perlite can be deadly to Chelonia. I wouldn't keep the eggs in it, and certainly not the turtles.

Heck yeah, I would incubate them. Set them in a soft, moist medium, partially covered, and at about 83-85F degrees. Keep it moist.
