Poor guy, hope he gets a great home to live out his days in a sunny, grass filled yard.
I rescued him. He is in good hands now. His deformity Is most likely a birth defect, started in incubation. He has a crooked spine but shows no signs of suffering. He eats well and is very friendly. He had multiple parasites but can only treat one at a time due to not wanting to overload him on meds. He visits the vet again next week. He will also need part of his scoop removed.
We've named him Lucky

I rescued him and we named him Lucky. We believe with the help of our vet he has a birth defect. Other than a few parasites and needing some of his scoop removed he is in good health, just a little Lumpy ;)

I wrote you on facebook (well I used my husband's account) that I thought he was the same tortoise.
