Hey, everyone! I have three tortoises and they are all of a different kind: Russian, Greek and Leopard. All of them are less than 2 years old. There are very few types of substrates in my country. Could you please give any advice on which substrates are the best for each kind? I'd like to use a variety of substrates and not just stick to one... We have Exo Terra substrates here: Jungle Earth, Forest Bark and Coco coir. Thanks for the help!

Any of the ones you mentioned are good for all your torts. I do like the coconut coir best for leopards. You can also use plain dirt.

I have heard it is long lasting, but chunky and doesn't expand as much as some.
Also it has some sort of dye in it that comes out in the water.

Thank you for answers. I have one more question. Is it dangerous if she eat some of substrate - plantation soil Exo Terra. For example, it can be in water or in tortoise"s food?
