Hi everyone. My name is Marley and I just came to my new owner. I'm one year old hermanns tortoise. When I arrived I was given a nice long soak. Then I ate some young dandelion leafs and contemplated a rose leaf. If there's anything wrong with my enclosure please feel free to to tell my owner. In the end I went for a nap.

Oh and as you can probably notice, Marley's hot some pyramiding going on and I hope it smooths out over time. I'm not too worried about it since is not really bad. I just wanted to tell that I'm aware of it and I'm doing everything I can to make it smoother.

A very warm welcome to the forum @domagoj . :)

A cute little Marley you've got! :D As far as the pyramiding is concerned, I do not think it's anything serious, but please give Marley daily soaks in warm water so as to stop the pyramiding where it is. ;)

I'm already doing. I only don't give him soaks when he's in his hide but the substrate is moist enough so I'm not worried about it

What are the little green plants growing up around the enclosure? I've been thinking of planting something inside my tort's enclosure...

Clovers. But I only added them there to make Marley more comfortable at first. He already ate most of them

Apparently hibiscus flowers are his favorite food. He also likes aloe vera witch I feed only once a week.
