Hello! I’ve been meaning to make this post for a while now to say thank you to @mark84 for the exceptional enclosures and to @Tom for these two wonderful Sudanese Sulcata’s. And another thank you for all the knowledge you two and everyone else here on the forum shares. Here are some pics of them along with my baby ivory and SA leopardA81003B3-FA89-40C7-992B-B716F1A0AB55.jpegD7C00692-A678-41B1-B751-E35C1F24FC4D.jpeg2DB1511A-7A31-4378-BBA6-6BF40BA113F8.jpegD6DE8F4B-FA69-4A34-A298-ED5428DC57B1.jpeg51EE18E0-7778-40A7-8338-DE7D625C2EBA.jpeg536DA41D-1495-45FB-ADC0-3A40CD512189.jpeg5F686E99-D09D-4CD5-A256-3B88818E117B.jpegC0F110C9-25D5-4848-9E24-8E098899F895.jpeg

I read your thread on my phone and I couldn't see the decimal. My scale just goes to the nearest gram.

Those eggs were laid in May and hatched in early August. Another bunch hatched out of the ground there in late October.

So these sudan sulcatas... they get extra big. How big and how old are they when they move outside full time?

Males typically reach 250 pounds. Sometimes larger.

Like all Sulcatas, they usually grow large enough to live outside full time in the right climate by a year or two.

They look fantastic!

Time to update the wall. Get some half blocks and offset the second row, then add a third. Two or three blocks stacked on top of each other will topple easily. When the middle row is offset, its much more stable.
