After the last few days of heavy rainfall I noticed my group grazing and breeding this morning alongside several large mushrooms that had appeared almost overnight in the pen.
Fast forward to this afternoon and one of the mushrooms has a lot of bite marks and is 80% eaten. I cant 100% guarantee one of my torts ate it, but there is nothing else in the pen.
I've seen one female purposely eating ants in the pen and another was caught chewing on a massive slug last summer. It didn't surprise me as I've read reports of stars eating carrion, but I cannot recall reading about mushrooms being consumed before.
Anyone have stars which go after mushrooms?
