He is doing okay. I have not had an opportunity to give him a warm soak with the hussle/bussle of Christmas with in-laws. Going to try and do so this evening. Thanks to everyone for the thoughts and prayers.

Glad to hear he's improving. A few years back we were expecting a big snow storm, and I went out to make sure all the Box Turtles were tucked in and I found one sitting under the ledge. It was 20 outside and I have no idea why he came out of the hibernation cave. He was stiff and looked dead to me. I took him in and put him in cool water and every 15 minutes I made the water warmer. It took over 24 hours but he started to come around and is fine now, two years later. Hopefully you will have the same luck with your RF.
