For any Arizona residents, particularly those in the east valley, I would highly recommend Dr. Driggers of The Avian & Exotic Animal Clinic of AZ. We are spoiled in AZ with good vets that are tortoise nuts. I have visited several of the doctors several times over the years, and Dr. Driggers is by far my personal favorite. The appointments usually last about 10 minutes, then we spend 30 minutes just talking tortoises. He's a knowledgeable, ethical, and very professional veterinarian.
