I posted this question to Dozer's thread (Bladder Stone Surgery) but wanted to post it again to possibly get more opinions...So we rescued Dozer exactly one month ago and at the time were told she was a boy..since then we've been told by like 4 different people/vet/previous owner/pet store manager that Dozer is a boy, then no Dozer is a girl then no definitely a boy and on and on... any guesses guys?? Is our little fighter a boy or girl??

Too small yet to tell. He may be in the process of shell changes to male.

The gular (right under his chin) gets longer, the anal scutes change shape and start pointing outward, he starts to get a scoop in the plastron, but this is the last thing that happens. His tail gets longer.

Although to small and young to tell for sure, Dozer is starting to look male. The gulars look like they are starting to elongate. Can't see the tail, though. Would be longer and tucked to a side for a male. Wait and see, but my guess now is 75% male.
