Don't believe it's a cherry

IMG_5685.JPG IMG_5674.JPG IMG_5675.JPG There was a male "cherry head" tort for sale at the local rep show. My wife brought it home and I don't believe it's a chery head. Was just wanting some opinions.

Your first set of photos shows boy characteristics and Redfoot.
The second appears female right now (To me)And Cherry head Redfoot.
But they are still pretty young tortoises.
They will breed. If that's what you want to do. But you'll be better with like a 3 to 1 ratio, males to females.

Ed , the 2nd one has female characteristics and yes still fairly small. Don't forget about all the extra split scutes. This points to high incubation and a female also.

Yea that's what I'm concerned about is ratio and age. I wasn't expecting another tort, so after some quarantine I'd have to house them together for lack of space. I house outside primarily this time of year
