It does not look overweight but does not look like its getting what it needs. Please post a pic of your enclosure and provide the details on your temps and what you are feeding. Give the link below a through read, your tort appears to be very dry do you soak?

yes a soak everyday for 30 mins his tempature in his tortoise table is 90 fanranhite i feed him dandielian leave dandilien flower plantain lambs lettace clove white clover red clover viola campanula romaine lettace 2s a week is that good ?

my uncle is a reptile vet and i took my tortoise to him and he Said i could no do better job he is a well fed hydrated tortoise with a balenced diet so dont make it look like i dont know what i am doing i askes you a question saying is he over weight thank hyou for answering but then to mock how i loo kafter it i take thas offensive i am not listening to someone like you when a vet has told me he is so healthy so BYE
