Branching out on my weed walks and trying new spots, couldn't identify any of these but curious to see what they are and if they are suitable.

The fourth one kind of looks like hollyhock, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

I don't recognize the others as tortoise foods. Hopefully, we will get more input from someone who knows more than I do about your plants.

first one is English Ivy. Pretty sure that's on the no list. Third one looks like a mint of some sort because of the opposite leaves and square stem. Fifth one looks like Cranesbill. Sixth looks like another mint.

Hard to tell without flowers unfortunately.

The first one is ivy, and toxic for tortoises.
The second photo has some dandelion at the bottom, which can be fed in moderation (it's a diuretic), but the plant above it in the dame photo is not suitable for tortoises.
The plant in the third photo looks like willow herb, which can be fed, but tortoises usually won't eat.
The 4th photo is geum. Tortoises won't eat that, maybe it tastes bitter.
Fifth photo is cranesbill geranium, which is safe, but has a strong smell and none of my tortoises will touch.

Instead of wondering about whether random plants on your walks are edible for tortoises, I would recommend you look at the 2 free plant booklets on The Tortoise Table database (find via google), and then directedly search for these edible weeds and greens. The page is British, but all of the plants are also growing here in the US. The plant booklet has good color photographs that will help. :)
You can also purchase seed mixes of tortoise safe weeds. E.g. Tortoise Supply has a Broadleaf Testudo Mix that I like.

Tortoise greens that are naturally growing right now that might be worth searching for: sow thistle, violet, broadleaf plantain, chickweed, mallow, deadnettle.
