Hello All,
Joined up as soon as I found this great site.
We have had our Red Foot (Ernest Hemingway) for just under two years. Bought him at our locally owned pet shop on their "black friday" sale, and he is housed in a 35 gallon Marty Made reptile enclosure, Exoterra Jungle mix substrate, small "hide" in one corner, UV rays on the left side, Heat on the right, embedded water dish for bathing/drinking, and of course, his favorite, the food dish. He gets nice natural sun during the afternoons and loves to explore around the house/yard when we are able to supervise.
He has quite the appetite, devouring dark greens, berries, pellets, fruits, veggies etc....
His demeanor is priceless, part of the reason we chose a Redfoot was their distinct personality. He truly is like a child some days, and a senior citizen others. But he always makes us laugh.
Looking forward to learning and talking to everyone here, Thanks!!
