Desert Willow (Chilopsis) Safe to Feed?

I don't see it listed on The Tortoise Table. I also did a search here and didn't find an answer.

I have 2 trees in my yard and I'm wondering if it is safe for my Greek tortoise to eat fallen leaves and flowers or possibly even good to feed them to him.

I don’t know if it answers your question but it’s a native food for desert tortoises. I’d let my Russian eat it although I don’t know if she’d want more than the flowers.

Thanks! If it is safe for desert tortoise it shouldn't hurt my Greek to eat some then, right? He tries to eat the flowers off the ground but I haven't been letting him. I'm a new tortoise mom so I'm extra cautious.
