I’m sorry I know this in the wrong forum, but I didn’t know where to post it.
I ordered an Nigerian Uromastxy online and it shipped out yesterday to arrive today by 12pm. I’ve been tracking the package like a mad man, but it got delayed in Louisville KY, it just left and is supposed to be in tomorrow by 12pm.
I’m praying my lizard is ok, this the first time I’ve ever bought a live animal online, so I’m already nervous, and now a delay.
If he arrives tomorrow do you think he will be safe?

Two days? Should be fine.

Make sure you have your delivery sent to a FedEx hub so you can be there as soon as they open (to keep your lizard from banging around in a delivery truck for several more hours).

Have your set up running and ready...including water and moist snacks.

Thank you, just looking for some reassurance. Enclosure has been running for days tweaking temps and such

Yeah, all you can do is wait and meet the incoming hub as soon as they open.

Have the contact info for the seller near to hand and know their replacement policy, just in case.

But lots of animals travel for 2 days and do it just fine.

Thanks again, I will update how things turn out tomorrow.
