Cut on my red foot neck

My only suggestion is to check his shell. Sometimes they can have a sharp part in the front that cuts the neck. If it has one, you can gently file it so it isn’t so sharp. I think. I’m sure someone else will give a tip.

It looks like a clean cut and not infected. Is it the only tortoise in the enclosure?

It does look a bit red now that I looked up close. You can dab a little triple antibiotic cream (no pain reliever in it).

Yes she is the only one. Can I use neosporin on it?
