I caught the herp bug:blush: I have a friend selling some baby snakes. I had convinced myself two torts and a leopard gecko was enough, but I have a spare tank and these guys are cool. She breeds them and is selling them for $40 each. I would just get one. I don't have any experience caring for snakes, though. They are just blue garter snakes, so I assume they are pretty basic? Fish and pinky mice? Plus I could add experience caring for snakes onto my zoology resume, right?:D What do you guys think?

Yeah, garters and water snakes are pretty easy. You can also throw a frog in there for variety as well.
