Cheap, Big, Easy on the eye indoor tortoise enclosure?

I need ideas for an indoor tortoise enclosure for my RT Koopa, a wooden tortoise table can't happen because I'm not handy I. PLEASE I NEED IDEAS

Get a book shelving unit or a chest of drawer. Remove shelves add backing if needed or remove drawers, depending on what you get. Then line with plastic, and continue with substrate, etc

The above ground planter boxes could work. Amazon has numerous options.

I have on question, what plastic do I use to line, and where can I buy it

You can use the plastic painters use. I really like the clear shower curtains. Especially for the cover. They are thick and nice. Pretty cheap too at Shopko or target. Even Wal-Mart I suppose, but I hate that store. Pond liners are a much spendier option, but obviously the thickest for a liner.
