Changes to my weekly feeding schedule?

Monday:
Supplement- Calcium
Tortoise - Mazuri, ZooMed Grassland, Squash
Bearded Dragon - Mixed Greens ( Turnip, Collard, Mustard )

Tuesday:
Supplement - No Supplement
Tortoise - Mazuri, Grass, Mixed Greens ( Turnip, Collard, Mustard )
Bearded Dragon - Mixed Greens, Carrots ( Occasionally )

Wednesday:
Supplement - Calcium / Miner All
Tortoise - Grass, Squash, Mazuri
Bearded Dragon - Mixed Greens, Squash

Thursday:
Supplement - No Supplement
Tortoise - Mixed Greens, ZooMed Grassland
Bearded Dragon - Squash

Friday:
Supplement - Calcium / Reptivite
Tortoise - Squash, Grass
Bearded Dragon - Mixed Greens

Saturday:
Supplement: Reptivite
Tortoise - ZooMed Grassland, Grass, Cactus
Bearded Dragon - Mixed Greens, Squash

Sunday:
Supplement - No Supplement
Tortoise - Mixed Greens, Grass
Bearded Dragon - Fruit

Am I overfeeding my Sulcata tortoise ? (Roughly a year old , 6 lbs) Should I cut off food for some days ? I give the tortoise a decent proportion of food for example 2-3 pellets of Original Mazuri and 3-4 ZooMed Grassland pellets. Plus 20% greens/squash
Should I add more variety ? Suggestions ?
This goes for my bearded dragon as well.

I would feed my sulcata more like you're feeding your bearded dragon, minus the carrots.

My feeding schedule with Darwin:

Monday - mixed kibble on greens

Tuesday - fruit and veg on greens

Wednesday - hibiscus, seaweed, freeze dried food, silkworm pupae

Thursday - mixed kibble on greens

Friday - salmon or liver or egg on greens

Saturday - fruit and veg on greens

Sunday - hibiscus, seaweed, freeze dried food, silkworm pupae

Once or twice a week, I'll rehydrate one of his meals with a dash of both herptivite and Repashy superglue mixed in the warm water

But then once I saw how much he enjoys them, I bought some more ...
