Ceramic tile under basking lamp?

Hi everyone,

I’ve put a ceramic tile underneath my basking lamp, and it is stable at 92F during the day when the light is on. Do you think that this is safe for my 8mo old Hermann’s?

Honestly, I wouldn't risk it. 92˚F is a fine temperature for most tortoises but there is a risk of your tort's feet getting burnt from walking on hot surfaces for too long. I'm sure it would be fine if you did but why chance it?
