These two aldabras are 12 years old this year. They were from our first hatchlings produced at our program back in 1999. They are kept local here in Florida and look to be doing just fantastic! I do not have weights, however they were so friendly.

They're so smooth. Mine are almost 200lbs and still growing points. I guess its just too dry here, even though I water their pen every other day or so.

They great! Have you kept any of your hatchlings more than a couple years? How old are your oldest aldabras that you produced and still have?

We do not hold many back, our oldest hold back is four years old.

Hard to beat the natural high humidity levels here in SW Florida.
