I have 2 Herman torts that are around 2 years old, I have a tortoise table for them inside for the night and cold days. And they spend a lot of their time in my garden.
Yesterday when looking for them to bring them in for the night, we couldn’t find my Raymond ?? we believe he has burrowed himself in to our soil around the shrubs. Any advice on finding him ??

He should come out to sun himself in the morning. Just keep checking for him.
Are you sure he can’t get out? They are good diggers and climbers and determined escape artists. If you’re sure he can’t escape it should be easy to find him. Feel around in the dirt under plants.

Make sure there are no holes or areas he can escape from your garden. If there is absolutely NO way for him to get out of your garden, then you'll be fine. He'll come out in the open to bask or graze or do what he needs to do. Not much to worry, it'll just take some time. I suggest you go right away to all those shrubs on your knees, looking around, sifting through the dirt etc. You're bound to find him, good luck.
