Can they eat this/ new tort area

I think I am finally done with the wall and the demoing moving dirt creating roads. This is the area my babies will end up with in a year. Now to start the planting.
They will have a cherry, apricot, and many pomegranates to hid under for shade, already existing. We are going to box this area in with planters so I can grow most of their food on site. Any ideas or suggestions welcome

Because of the demo I am out of weeds and was wondering if they could eat these. It's the only weed left in an area untouched.

I am not good on IDing plants. You can look for it on the tortoisetable.org You can look by color and they show pics.

My tort is pretty picky about what he eats outside in large quantities. He seems to know that certain things are no good. There are a handful of weeds that grow in his enclosure that he will not touch. So see if he eats it on his own, he may not be interested after smelling/tasting it.
