Bumps on baby Sulcata

Hello, I adopted a baby Sulcata a week ago. Unless I didn’t see it before, Today, I noticed these 4 bumps behind my sulcata’s back side today. Is this normal?

Also, I noticed when I got him that he had these small little bumps, but they seem to have gotten larger

One of the common names for this species is "African Spur Thigh Tortoise". Also called "African Spurred Tortoise". Those are the spurs. There is also another "spur thigh tortoise" which goes by the Latin name of Testudo graeca. Avoiding this confusion is why some people prefer to use the scientific names, or different common names like sulcata, or greek tortoise.
