Ahh okay so i got top soil nd there is no white things nd nothing else bad inside besides some sticks i took out. Well i have just put them inside and set everything up. Nd while i was just sitting there watching them i found 2 ants, a few little baby tiny tiny spider looking things and like a teenie tiny mite. Is there something i could put around their enclosure so bugs stay away? But it wont hurt the torts? And will these things hurt them? They live outdoors during the warmer months so i know being outdoors bugs is nature. But i dont want my babys to get hurt.

This is an overlook of there enclosure with the top open

I use a product called http://www.orangeguard.net/

It's safe around pets and people, however, I never spray it directly on the tortoise. I have used it inside a habitat, but then I added a layer of fresh substrate so the tortoises couldn't contact the product.

I don't do anything for incidental bugs like what you described. I would only worry about ant infestations, or something of that nature.

I'm more concerned about the size of your enclosure. You need to go much bigger. I'm also worried about it overheating in warmer weather and summer. A little sun is good, but be careful. Many babies are lost this way. Here are some ways to go much bigger for DTs:

Underground hideouts are literally life savers in our summer months. Bugs have never been a problem for me in these enclosures.
