His temps are good he has a new uvb light everything however when I fed him I noticed a bunch of little gnat looking things crawling everywhere in his substrate! Is there something safe am organic I can use to get rid of them. I'm not sure they r gnats but they can't stay what do I do. Other than cleaning out the whole cage...

Those are substrate flies. They are harmless detrivores. I just ignore them. They come from the surrounding environment and will reintroduce themselves continuously. The only safe way to get rid of them that I have seen is to boil, bake, or replace your substrate every two weeks or so.
