I think your best bet is to dig out a really big size hole with slopping edges, and pour in some cement. When it gets dirty all you have to do is hose it out, and then Bob will have his own pool. You are just wasting your money and energy trying out different pools for Bob....and....I think he is laughing at your efforts.
