Agree with both above. But get rid of the red light. Red can make them eat stuff they shouldn't.

Looks like a good house. Yes, he may need a little more walking space. His eyes seem a little swollen, make sure you don't have a compact UV bulb

Nice... just make sure it is large enough for him to walk about. Too many “things” inside take away from walking area.
Yeah I was thinking about that too. I’ve already taken a few things out. But also want to build an outside enclosure as I have a lot of garden space, should be nice a big by summer !

Oh no.. I do. But are they still as bad as people say even if it’s not in the normal table lamp ?

Yes, they are bad. I would turn them off immediately. Here's what I use:

T-5 fluorescent bulb.jpg

and for heat without light I use this:

ceramic heat emitter.jpg

It's called a ceramic heat emitter or CHE.

Agree with Yvonne. The Coil bulbs are still bad, replace that and replace the red bulb with the che asap.
