Blown out UVB bulb?!

I have 2 bulbs running for my inside habitat a ZooMed Basking spot lamp that gives off UVA and light and heat and until now I had a Solar Glo Exo Terra 160 Watt that gives off UVA and UVB but now the filament fell out of place on the Exo Terra and I replaced it with another Basking Spot but now he is not getting any UVB so what should I do until I'm able to get a new bulb that gives off UVB?

Get him in the sun a few times a week.

If you give your tortoise access to outside a few times a week, you won't need a UV bulb at all.
The sun is better than any man made bulb and is free
