Hello, I have a sulcata that I rescued after he was backed over by a car. His shell has healed well and he is estimated to be about 3 years old and weighs about 2 lbs right now. I live in Arizona so he spends most of his time out doors and only comes in when the temp drops below 70. He has a nice hut for shade and constant access to water for soaking. For a few weeks now I have noticed he is extremely bloated and will urinate quite a bit at a time. I have no idea if this is normal or if I should be worried. He only eats grass, mainly burmuda and Kentucky bluegrass, and weeds with the occasional rose or grape leaf. I have also noticed that he has a clear mucus that is coming from his nose. His breathing sounds normal and there is no wheezing so I don't know if this is normal or not. Hope someone can help me out.
Here are some pictures of the bloating if that helps.
