this is silo, 4yrs 17 inches 19 lbs taking a bird bath on a sunny morning. he stays in the shed behind him and stays warm with a heat pad under and ceramic bulb above. it has gotten into the 20's at night but i check on him and he is always toasty:
that is just a plastic pallet and pallet top he crawls under to get out of the sun. it is on top of cinder blocks
yeah, the rock walls here are great. moving to south carolina early next year and am going to miss the privacy and containment aspects of them. anybody out there in the southeast with mature sulcatas? would love to pick your brain.
