The enclosure is too small for anything over hatchling size. Can't tell how big yours is.
The pellet substrate needs to go and replace with coconut coir or fine grade orchid bark.
Open top tables will not keep heat and humidity stable. Make a frame over the enclosure and add a plastic top if it's a hatchling. If hes older, 6 months to a year or more, he needs a much bigger home, at least a 4x8 foot.
If the white lid is for water it needs to be bigger and deeper. A clay saucer big enough he can get into it and buried level with top of substrate.
