For some reason the "Search" function is not working for me?!

Is it okay for Greeks to have a raspberry, strawberry or blueberry as a treat once a week?

Right now we give Calvin the very basics...no fruits etc. (he refuses any dandylion greens or grass...we have tried the wheat grass from the organic foods store)
As far as treats...he gets a bit of butternut squash or canned pumpkin every so often.
But now that summer is in full swing in MN we are always wanting to give him a berry after breakfast on Sunday or something of the kind.

Thanks everyone:)

Are all tomatoes created equal?
For example there are the cherry, grape, regular size, yellow etc.

Thanks so much...I guess we will have to have tomatoes at Sunday breakfast:)

I like to give my Greeks the tops of the strawberrys. The green pieces. They seem to love them. I just figure the flowers like Hibiscus they love so much are their treat. I did try blackberry and a rasberry occasionally but they ended up with runny stools so I stopped the berries.

Any tomato is just fine Colleen, but the tortoise might not think so :p
Might have to try different ones to see which ones he likes.

I give Watson one raspberry about once a week now that they're in season. He absolutely loves them and it hasn't affected his bathroom habits. I'd echo though that if it did I would stop it. It's nice to see a fellow Minnesotan on the board!
