Basking during ablackout

Hi there, Have a 20lb leopard and a baby Hermann, We've been without power for two days because of the storms. Each day we take them out for sun but there's no basking lamps inside at the moment. Supposedly we'll be back up by tomorrow but in the meantime is the daily sun sufficient for them? The house never drops below 72 with the current heat. Thoughts?

Heat is more important than uvb in this case. They should be fine, but try raising the temps where the torts are to at least 80.
