The only thing I can think of is try a live pinky if u can get one, sorry you are going through this.

Have you tried leaving him overnight in whatever you feed him in with the pinky mouse?

yes that's what ive been doing she would just ignore it and try to burrow away in the container or press her face on the lid to escape

yess she finally ate and it was a live pink(pretty big) I'm so happy she ate and hopefully she I can convert her to eat frozen since that one live pinky was $1.50
